Emmy Rossum showed just how strong fall’s bold color trend is on Thursday night, wearing a vibrant lingerie-inspired Anna October dress for a special screening of the Hulu miniseries “Furious” at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles on Thursday night.
The “Shameless” alum wore the womenswear brand’s Waterlily dress, cast in a vivid shade of cobalt blue. The midi dress was crafted from a silky satin fabric and included a bustier neckline with thin, adjustable straps.
The dress also featured exposed seams, adding further definition at the bust and through the waist. Together, the bustier neckline and seaming nodded to lingerie-inspired dressing while still preserving a refined and elevated elegance. Rossum paired her dress with a set of pointed-toe dark pumps. As for jewelry, the actress went minimalist, keeping the attention on her midi dress with only a pair of delicate earrings. As for glam, the actress’ hair was styled in her natural voluminous curls, while defined bold brows and lined eyes complemented another burst of color: her vibrant red lip.
